2指天椒切碎 Chop pepper.8 y* l) g7 }& h1 d3 C t
3肥牛片大火爆炒至7成熟,盛起備用 Stir beef slices until tender. Set aside.1 m C% A1 _; ]8 v& @/ K1 q' j$ ~
4原鍋爆香薑蓉、乾葱蓉、蒜蓉及指天椒 Stir fry minced ginger, shallot, garlic and chopped pepper.
